Why INVO Cleaning Services Was Started
INVO Cleaning Services was founded in 2015 after seeing commercial cleaning from a different perspective. While working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, founder Wally McQuade learned more about the cleaning company serving the office and became concerned with its approach to employee treatment, training, pay, and overall philosophy.
Rather than simply criticize what he saw, Wally decided to build something better. INVO was created with the belief that businesses deserve dependable commercial cleaning and employees deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
The name INVO stands for INdiana Veteran-Owned. It reflects both where the company began and the values that continue to shape how INVO serves clients, supports employees, and approaches long-term business relationships.

Owner Wally McQuade personally conducts client walkthroughs, prepares proposals, performs quality inspections, trains employees, and serves as the primary point of contact for client communication. When appropriate, he may even participate in the initial cleaning to establish the standard expected for every new account.
This hands-on approach helps ensure expectations are clearly understood from the beginning and provides clients with confidence that the person making commitments is also accountable for delivering them.
