Cleaning services may be our job; but, quality relationships and social responsibility is our passion. 

INVO Cleaning Services got into this industry with the purpose of making a difference, one cleaning at a time. When our cleaning services are used, you help provide work to deserving individuals who need someone to believe in them.

Affordability

We aim to offer reasonable pricing options based on what a client wants. Cost is the largest factor as some clients just want simple cleaning and others want areas to be cleaned in a particular manner. We can price commercial or janitorial services in a way that meets pricing needs and the level of clean the client needs. We will be honest if the price expected and the level of cleaning expected are not feasible.

Fair Quality

Employees and Supervisors are trained using industry standard cleaning services guidelines and procedures.  We further ensure every client has a site-wide Clean Sheet that outlines exactly what each client cleaning requires.  This helps us retain continuity between different teams. Every client is encouraged to maintain regular contact with our supervisors and management to quickly identify any cleaning service issues, provided... it is part of the initial pricing.

Customer Service

We are not perfect and may miss things.  What's important for our clients is that they know we care and will do whatever it takes to make things right, provided the cleaning agreement.  Client locations have dedicated Supervisors who will personally handle any problems clients may have. We don't sell perfection... we sell great customer service and quick resolutions to cleaning service issues that may arise. Clients who have been with us for years will say our Customer Service is bar none.
